Advanced proficiency in Figma for design and prototyping **Description:** We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Development Analyst to join our development team. This professional will be responsible for creating intuitive interfaces and engaging user experiences, collaborating directly with product and development teams. We expect a balance between creative and technical skills, capable of transforming concepts into functional prototypes and high-quality designs, always focusing on usability and end-user satisfaction. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE Creation and design of responsive and accessible user interfaces; Conducting user research and usability testing; Development of interactive prototypes and wireframes; Creation and maintenance of design systems and component libraries; Preparation of design documentation and style guides; Design of interfaces for various devices and platforms; Collaboration on projects following agile methodologies; Work on products with high user volume and complex interaction requirements. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE Principles of interface design and user experience; Advanced proficiency in Figma for design and prototyping; User research techniques (interviews, testing, personas, journey mapping); Responsive and mobile-first design techniques; Knowledge of accessibility principles (WCAG); Visual design and grid system skills; Design thinking and user-centered design methodologies; Wireframing and information architecture techniques; Knowledge of color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy. ADDITIONAL ASSETS Experience with design methodologies such as Design Sprints; Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS for better communication with developers; Experience in A/B testing and conversion optimization; Intermediate or advanced English proficiency.
