If you fit this profile, join our team! ### **RESPONSIBILITIES AND ATTRIBUTES** * Develop and propose the optimal user journey, focusing on operational efficiency and resolving legacy system pain points; * Create functional low- and high-fidelity prototypes to validate ideas and flows before development; * Define and maintain a unified visual standard (Design System) ensuring aesthetic consistency across all project modules and applications; * Provide technical support for the creation of domain-specific independent interfaces, integrated under a unified main shell; * Conduct validation sessions for functional designs and prototypes with Key Users to ensure the solution meets real business needs; * Collaborate closely with front-end developers to ensure final implementation remains faithful to prototypes and usability guidelines; * Review Sprint deliverables from a usability perspective, ensuring interface criteria are fully met. ### **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS** * Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer on complex system projects or legacy system rewrites; * Advanced proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma or Adobe XD); * Experience in Discovery processes and agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban); * Ability to translate business requirements into visual solutions and confidently defend technical proposals to stakeholders; * Technical knowledge of Micro-frontends to enable effective collaboration with the architecture team.
