Participate from conception through delivery of digital solutions The **Senior UI/UX Designer** is responsible for designing intuitive, accessible, and user-centered interfaces, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience across all digital products. Works collaboratively with product, technology, and business teams, actively participating from conception through delivery of digital solutions. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Understand user needs and translate them into effective visual and interactive solutions; * Create navigation flows, wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and interfaces; * Apply and maintain visual consistency based on style guides, design systems, and brand identity; * Conduct or support user research, usability testing, and exploratory interviews; * Collaborate with developers and product managers to ensure faithful implementation of design; * Identify opportunities to improve user experience and propose practical, scalable solutions; * Stay updated on design trends, usability, * accessibility, and new tools **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience as a UI/UX Designer, including participation in real-world digital projects; * Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar; * Solid understanding of visual design principles, hierarchy, typography, color, and grids; * Knowledge of UX best practices, user-centered design, heuristics, and accessibility; * Experience creating navigable prototypes and development-ready assets; * Strong communication skills to advocate for design decisions based on data and best practices; * Experience working in multidisciplinary teams and agile methodologies. **Additional Information** Transportation Allowance Meal Voucher Medical Assistance Dental Assistance Life Insurance Breakfast every day (yes, every single day!)
