If you are dynamic, proactive, and enjoy working collaboratively, this role is for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** Create wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and intuitive, responsive user flows for various platforms (web, mobile, etc.). Develop attractive and functional user interfaces, adhering to Bullla’s design guidelines and industry best practices in UX/UI, with a business-oriented perspective. Collaborate with other team members to ensure design and product quality and technical feasibility. Conduct usability testing to validate design solutions and identify improvement opportunities. Monitor product usage metrics and propose solutions to optimize user experience. Actively contribute to the creation, maintenance, and evolution of Bullla’s Design System, ensuring consistency and scalability. Stay up to date with the latest trends in design and technology. **Requirements and Qualifications** Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Designer, with a portfolio showcasing relevant projects. Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Miro. Expertise in user research, usability testing, and interaction design. Familiarity with agile product development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
