




Job Summary: We are seeking a Designer to create visual solutions for digital products and campaigns, develop multi-format creative assets, and support the Design System. Key Highlights: 1. Description: To join our team, you must have: * Experience as a Product Designer, UI/UX Designer, Visual Designer, or Creative Designer; * Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Suite, and prototyping tools; * Experience creating creative assets for digital marketing and institutional campaigns; * Familiarity with CMS (WordPress, Webflow, Drupal, Contentful, Sitecore, etc.); * A strong portfolio showcasing end\-to\-end digital projects and multi-format creative assets; * Excellent aesthetic sense, mastery of composition, typography, and visual storytelling; * Autonomy, speed, and the ability to solve problems with creative solutions. It’s also a plus if you have: * Experience with SaaS, digital platforms, or technology companies; * Knowledge of motion design, micro-interactions, and simple animations; * Basic understanding of HTML/CSS, accessibility, or performance-oriented design; * Experience working in product and B2B marketing squads. Your day\-to\-day responsibilities will include: * Creating visual solutions for digital products, websites, dashboards, and interfaces integrated with Lumis’ CMS; * Developing multi-format creative assets: social media, banners, institutional campaigns, advertisements, event materials, presentations, static videos, and simple animations; * Translating business and technology concepts into clear, engaging visual narratives; * Supporting the creation and evolution of Lumis’ Design System, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints; * Creating wireframes, prototypes, and responsive flows optimized for performance; * Developing assets for executive presentations, landing pages, customer journeys, and internal/external communications; * Collaborating closely with Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Content teams to ensure performance, scalability, and visual consistency; * Applying best design practices within CMS contexts (templates, components, modularity, and publishing logic); * Contributing creatively during discovery phases by proposing layouts, visual concepts, and new approaches for campaigns and products. 2512010202191897373
