In addition to technical skills, we value professionals with a consultative profile, keen attention to interface design and user experience, and the ability to communicate fluently with clients—including in English. **Position:** Data Analyst **Compensation:** Salary expectations **Employment Type:** CLT or PJ **Work Mode:** Remote **Benefits for CLT hires:** **Health and Dental Insurance:** Bradesco plan, fully covered (no employee contribution), extendable to direct dependents at differentiated rates; **Mobility Allowance:** R$ 200.00 per month or company-provided transportation; **Meal Voucher:** R$ 27.55 per working day; **AS2 Academy:** R$ 500.00 per year for training and certifications; And best of all—this benefits package grows alongside your career and position. **Flexible Benefits via Caju Card:** Education Assistance / Health & Wellness Assistance / Culture Assistance. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Administration, Economics, or related fields; * Proven advanced-level experience with Power BI (DAX, Power Query, RLS, bookmarks, drill-through, performance tuning, etc.); * Advanced Excel proficiency: pivot tables, complex formulas, charts, Power Pivot; * Solid knowledge of ETL, data modeling, and integration with multiple sources (e.g., SQL databases, APIs, files, etc.); * Ability to accurately interpret and implement high-fidelity UX/UI prototypes (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD); * Experience with SQL and version control tools (e.g., Git); **Languages:** Advanced English, with verbal and written communication proficiency in international professional settings; **Desirable Qualifications:** * Knowledge of Power Platform, especially PowerApps and Power Automate; * Experience with UX/UI tools and concepts (e.g., heuristics, visual hierarchy, responsiveness); * Familiarity with Azure (Data Factory, SQL, Synapse, Data Lake); * Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-300, PL-400, DA-100); * Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban). **Main Responsibilities:** * Develop interactive, high-performance, and highly usable dashboards, reports, and visual solutions using Power BI; * Build and maintain data integration and transformation (ETL) processes, extracting insights from diverse sources; * Perform relational and dimensional data modeling to create scalable and consistent data structures; * Implement solutions based on high-fidelity UX/UI prototypes, ensuring precise adherence to visual design and navigation specifications; * Collaborate with design, product, and engineering teams, as well as external stakeholders and clients, to understand needs and translate them into effective solutions; * Participate in Agile ceremonies, actively contributing to continuous delivery and incremental improvements. **If you’re excited about this challenge, join us!**
