We seek someone capable of transforming complexity into clarity, ensuring simple, consistent, and efficient communication across all product touchpoints. This role goes far beyond interface writing: you will serve as the language authority within your team, collaborate on defining standards, and support product decisions with evidence-based insights—contributing to smoother, more conversational user journeys. **Qualifications** **What we’re looking for in you:** * Experience creating content style guides and content operations; * Experience with conversational products/AI; * Proficiency in customer/user journey mapping; * Content Design; * Conversational Design; * UX Design; * Product. **Your key responsibilities will include:** * Creating clear and concise content for interfaces, workflows, and product features to strengthen the user experience. * Developing and structuring content that supports the entire customer journey. * Defining language standards, tone of voice, and communication best practices to ensure consistency at scale. * Collaborating with Product, Design, Research, Marketing, and Engineering teams to build solutions that combine clarity, impact, and business results. * Supporting research initiatives to test and validate content understanding, clarity, and effectiveness. * Supporting AI initiatives by bringing best practices and consistency. * Actively driving adoption of our products through onboarding strategies. **Additional Information** Serasa Experian is much more than you imagine.
