Job Summary: Will develop business focused on ABB Electrification and Motion, performing customer service, sales, prospecting and customer visits, as well as analyzing orders and offering alternatives. We would love to learn more about you! **Responsibilities and Duties** Business development (channels, end customers, integrators, etc.) focused on ABB Electrification and Motion * Perform customer service and sales activities, preparing quotations, responding to requests for quotations, and negotiating terms; * Clarify information regarding products and materials; * Monitor and track ongoing orders, verifying pending items and deadlines, as well as requesting corrective actions; * Conduct customer prospecting activities, contacting potential customers and presenting the company and its products; * Visit customers, presenting the company or accompanying the technical team to clarify technical project issues; * Represent the company in billing matters, supporting the collections department and mediating negotiations; * Analyze customer orders and offer alternative products or services. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Knowledge of automation/electrical engineering * Completed undergraduate degree; * Prior experience in electrical materials sales; * Proficiency in Excel and Word; * Knowledge of negotiation and customer service techniques; * Knowledge of tax calculations; * Knowledge of the electrical materials market; **Additional Information** **Learn more about the benefits we offer:** * Meal Voucher; * Food Voucher; * Medical Assistance; * Dental Assistance; * Discounts at Higher Education Institutions; * Discounts at PJNeblina’s physical store; * Partnerships with SENAC, SESI, and SESC; * Corporate University \- Mater Group; * Birthday Day Off; * Work schedule from Monday to Friday during business hours.
