Autonomy paired with accountability and business acumen We are seeking a **Senior Product Manager** to lead the management of complex digital products, connecting strategy, business, and technology to deliver user value and sustainable impact to the company. The role will involve direct collaboration with **Technology, Design, and Business** teams, serving as the primary liaison across departments, with emphasis on strategic alignment, efficient execution, and data-driven decision-making. We operate in a collaborative, agile, and results-oriented environment where the product is treated as a strategic asset, and autonomy is accompanied by accountability and business acumen. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Responsibilities:** * Define and maintain short- and medium-term product roadmaps * Conduct market research, benchmarking, and competitive analysis * Monitor retention, engagement, and adoption metrics * Translate strategic objectives into clear, prioritized requirements * Lead discovery processes and hypothesis validation with users * Act as a facilitator between technical and business teams * Support junior Product Managers and Product Owners in more technical tasks **Expected Experience:** * Prior experience managing digital products * Experience defining roadmaps and tracking metrics * Work in agile, cross-functional environments **Requirements and Qualifications** * 3–5 years of experience in Product Management * Proficiency in product metrics (e.g., churn, NPS, MAU/DAU) * Experience with OKRs, KPIs, and backlog prioritization * Knowledge of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) * Strong analytical and negotiation skills * Clear communication, collaborative mindset, and results orientation * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related fields **Differentiators:** * MBA or postgraduate degree in Product Management, Business, or related areas **Additional Information** **Work Model:** * Hybrid **(4 days onsite + 1 day remote per week)** * Contract type: **Individual Contractor (PJ)** * Onsite presence is valued for learning, team interaction, and technical mentorship **Work Locations:** * **Porto Alegre:** Praia de Belas * **Rio de Janeiro:** Barra da Tijuca * **São Paulo:** Cidade Monções At Tecsa Group, our purpose is simple: care for people to build a healthier future.
