As a Senior Product Designer, your responsibilities will include: * Conduct user research and market analysis to identify opportunities and customer needs. * Develop high-quality interface designs, considering usability, accessibility, and user experience. * Collaborate closely with the development team to ensure efficient implementation of proposed solutions. * Monitor product performance and iterate based on feedback and metrics. Requirements: To excel in this role, you must have: Hard Skills * Minimum 5 years of experience as a Senior Product Designer * Proven minimum 5 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, Interaction Designer, Information Architect, or related role in digital products and/or mobile applications; * Knowledge of research techniques; * Knowledge of agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum); * Interaction Designer; * Information Architecture or related field, digital products and/or mobile applications; * Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, InVision, and Abstract; * Experience with design thinking, Lean UX, or other frameworks that facilitate rapid identification of user needs; * Experience with design research methodologies and human-centered design principles; * Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams; * Adaptability to shifting priorities or evolving requirements, with openness and agility; * Experience in UX/UI for web systems; * Experience with modern web design techniques; * Knowledge of Motion Design. * Experience with modern web design techniques; * Knowledge of Motion Design
