Collaborating on the evolution of the design system and conducting field research with customers. **Job Description:** ---------------------- We are looking for a Mid-level Product Designer to work in multidisciplinary squads, focused on enhancing user experience and contributing to the evolution of our digital products. This person will be responsible for creating navigable prototypes, supporting the ideation of unique user journeys, and collaborating on Strada’s design system. Responsibilities and Duties: Create navigable prototypes for commercial presentations and internal use. Work in multidisciplinary squads, participating in the entire product development lifecycle. Contribute to the evolution of the existing design system. Participate in field research to understand the customer journey and propose solutions that improve the experience. Collaborate with Product, Technology, and Commercial teams to ensure consistency and quality in deliverables. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Solid experience in UX/UI Design. Proficiency with tools such as Figma and Adobe XD. Knowledge of interaction design principles and information architecture. Experience with agile methodologies and working in squads. Portfolio featuring projects demonstrating involvement across the full product lifecycle. **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- Experience with design systems.
