User-centered design culture and experimentation. **Description:** Bachelor's degree in Design, Communication, Psychology, Technology, or related fields; Solid experience as a Product Designer, with proven involvement in projects demonstrating your decision-making process; Experience in continuous discovery, experimentation, and co\-creation rituals; Proficiency in quantitative and qualitative research methods, such as interviews, surveys, and usability testing; Ability to translate design decisions into measurable outcomes, connecting UX to product metrics; Experience applying discipline best practices, including Interaction Design, Visual Design, Information Architecture, and Prototyping; Knowledge of componentization for the evolution and maintenance of the Design System; Strong communication and argumentation skills, effectively articulating decisions to technical, business, and executive audiences; Ability to support the technical team in refining solutions and tracking the impact of implemented solutions; Organizational skills to document learnings, decisions, and evidence clearly and accessibly. **Preferred Qualifications:** Prior experience with financial products; Experience with e\-commerce, marketplaces, or complex digital products; Certifications or supplementary courses in UX, Service Design, Design Thinking, or agile methodologies; Previous work in environments with a strong experimentation culture, continuous discovery, and multidisciplinary squads.
