Job Summary: Act as a functional and technical specialist in order, shipment, and scheduling management, focusing on the migration from SAP ECC to the ALCE system, with emphasis on integration, automation, and digital product evolution. Collaboration within agile product squads **Order Management Specialist** Remote work; Immediate start; Duration until end of year; Contract as an individual entrepreneur (PJ); **Role Objective:** Serve as a functional and technical specialist in the order, shipment, and scheduling management process within the context of migrating business processes from SAP ECC to the ALCE system (an internally developed digital product), with focus on bidirectional integration, automation, data governance, and digital product evolution. **Technical and Functional Knowledge:** SAP ECC and S/4HANA; Experience with transactions VA01, VA02, VA03, LIKP, LIPS, VBUK; Knowledge of BAPIs, IDocs, RFCs, and enhancement points; Understanding of order, shipment, and scheduling control systems; **Integrations:** Experience with SAP–satellite system integrations (via SAP CPI, APIs, jobs); Ability to map and validate functional requirements for integration events (e.g., OV creation, shipment generation, status feedback); **Logistics Processes:** Knowledge of retail order management / customer service workflows; Understanding of transportation processes via OTM; Familiarity with digital product development; Experience working in agile product squads (Scrum, Kanban); Participation in technical and functional discovery journeys; Collaboration with Product Owners, UX/UI Designers, and Data Engineering; Contribution to MVP evolution, backlog prioritization, and hypothesis validation; Ability to translate business requirements into scalable digital features; Experience with tools such as Miro, Businessmap, etc.
