Job Summary: Develop and maintain backend and frontend applications, build REST APIs, and collaborate on technical solutions and team improvements. Key Highlights: 1. Collaboration on technical solutions and team improvements Description: * Bachelor's degree in Technology-related fields such as Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or related disciplines. * Solid experience in Java and PHP development. * Experience in frontend development with VueJS. * Proficiency in PostgreSQL and relational data modeling. * Experience with REST APIs, version control using Git, and the full software development lifecycle (CI/CD). * Knowledge of distributed applications, pub/sub, client-server architecture, and transactions. * Experience with automated testing (unit and integration tests). * Familiarity with JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS, and SASS is a plus. * Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is a plus. * Understanding of Clean Code and Clean Architecture is a plus. * Experience with ElasticSearch, MongoDB, or similar technologies. * Experience with messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS, etc.). * Strong knowledge of monitoring and observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus, etc.). * Knowledge of text analysis (Full Text Search) — a plus. * Familiarity with public procurement processes and public sector business — a plus. * Soft skills: assertive communication, empathy, initiative, and negotiation ability are advantages. * Develop and maintain Java and PHP backend applications. * Build responsive and performant VueJS frontend interfaces following UI/UX best practices. * Design and integrate secure and scalable REST APIs. * Write automated tests (unit and integration tests). * Collaborate on usage data analysis to identify performance and stability improvements. * Participate in building technical solutions together with product and design teams. * Research and propose technical and technological improvements for the team. * Contribute to a culture of quality, security, and development best practices (CI/CD, versioning, clean code, etc.). 2512010202191839458
