More than filling a position, we seek someone who shares our purpose: ensuring secure digital identities and transforming how businesses and people connect. **Your Mission** In this role, you will have direct impact on the development, evolution, and maintenance of Certta’s products. Your role will be essential in transforming business requirements into robust, scalable, and secure technological solutions, working end-to-end across development. Your deliverables will be tied to KPIs such as delivery quality and reliability, development efficiency, system stability, and technical product evolution—helping Certta grow securely, autonomously, and excellently. **What You’ll Do** * Lead the definition of standards and build high-quality code using agile and secure best practices. * Develop and architect full-stack applications using Node.js, TypeScript, Ruby, RubyOnRails, and React. * Design and maintain highly available backend APIs and services, with an extreme focus on performance, security, and scalability. * Collaborate with UX/UI designers to define application functionality, ensuring technical feasibility of complex models. * Architect and optimize AWS environments, leveraging services such as Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, SQS, SNS, and others. * Design and maintain high-complexity serverless and event-driven architectures. * Ensure test automation coverage and strategy (unit, integration, and E2E). * Optimize CI/CD pipelines, promoting continuous automation of build, testing, and deployment. * Technically lead the entire solution lifecycle: from solution refinement and design through monitoring and maintenance. * Document architectural decisions, critical flows, and disseminate knowledge across the team. **What You Need to Bring** * Proven senior experience in full-stack development with Node.js, React, TypeScript/JavaScript, Ruby, and RubyOnRails. * Advanced expertise in cloud providers, preferably AWS, and deep professional experience with CI/CD. * Solid experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC). * In-depth knowledge of serverless architectures, DDD (Domain-Driven Design), and event-based systems. * Technical proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases. * Strong software quality and automated testing culture. * Technical leadership ability in dynamic environments, with a growth mindset and absolute accountability for team deliverables. **More About You** * You value diversity, inclusion, and respect. * You are proactive, enjoy learning quickly, and embrace challenges. * You balance execution with strategic thinking. * You align with our way of working: Transparency, Customer Obsession, Absolute Accountability, People First, and Execution Focus. **What We Offer** At Certta, we believe work goes beyond the job description—it’s about being part of a dynamic, collaborative, and transparent environment where everyone has space to grow.
