**Mid/Senior Full Stack Developer \| WordPress \+ AWS \+ AI** ---------------------------------------------------------------------- We are looking for a Mid/Senior Full Stack Developer with comprehensive expertise, proficient in both front-end and back-end development, and with solid experience in WordPress, databases, and cloud infrastructure. We seek someone with strong performance awareness, technical SEO expertise, and application architecture skills, as well as familiarity with data, artificial intelligence, automation, and system integration. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and maintain custom WordPress themes aligned with design, performance, and editorial architecture requirements; * Create and refine WordPress plugins for specific functionalities, such as: + integrations with AI tools; + content ingestion; + personalization; + automation; + editorial forms and workflows; * Perform back-end development using PHP, leveraging advanced features of the WordPress ecosystem, including: + WP CLI; + Custom Post Types (CPTs); + taxonomies; + custom fields; * Design, optimize, and maintain MySQL databases to ensure high performance under high-traffic conditions; * Implement and manage AWS infrastructure, including: + EC2; + ECS (containers); + S3; + CloudWatch; + monitoring, scalability, and cost optimization; * Ensure technical SEO best practices, including: + performance and page load time; + optimized rendering; + mobile-first approach; + SEO-friendly URLs; + schema.org markup; + article and content portal structured markup; * Work on AI and automation integrations, including content recommendation, personalization, and automated workflows; * Ensure code quality through Git version control, basic testing, and automated deployment processes; * Collaborate closely with UX/UI, content, marketing, SEO, and operations teams to drive traffic, engagement, and monetization metrics. ### **Desired Profile** We seek a hands-on, analytical, collaborative professional with strategic vision across product, technology, and performance.
