Mentoring and supporting developers in a cross-functional team Description: We are seeking a senior front-end developer to join our professional journey team, responsible for driving initiatives that improve the experience of doctors, psychologists, and nutritionists. Responsibilities and Duties * Lead front-end technical decisions, ensuring scalability, performance, and quality. * Design and implement modular architectures using React/Next and TypeScript. * Guide the team in coding best practices, testing, version control, and deployment. * Collaborate closely with product and design teams to define and evolve the design system and UI/UX standards. * Handle application observability (telemetry, logs, metrics, tracing). * Contribute to defining build, deployment, and performance strategies (Turborepo, CDN, caching, edge functions). * Support mid-level and junior developers through technical mentoring and structured code reviews. Requirements and Qualifications * 5+ years of front-end development experience. * Advanced proficiency in React.js, Next.js, and TypeScript. * Experience with SSR, SSG, ISR, and Server Actions (Next 13+). * Experience optimizing performance, SEO, and accessibility (Lighthouse, Core Web Vitals). * Hands-on experience with design systems and reusable component libraries. * Experience with front-end application architecture (monorepos, microfrontends). * Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, AWS, Vercel). * Experience with automated testing (unit, integration, and E2E). * Strong understanding of front-end security (CORS, XSS, CSRF).
