Portfolio with detailed case studies We are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to create intuitive and impactful experiences for digital products. You will work on real projects, focusing on usability, visual design, and collaboration with development and product teams. ✅ Requirements: \* Proven experience in UX/UI (minimum 2 years); \* Advanced proficiency in Figma (or Adobe XD/Sketch); \* Knowledge of user research, wireframing, and prototyping; \* Portfolio with detailed case studies (process, challenges, and outcomes); \* Familiarity with Design Thinking and usability testing; \* Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for functional prototypes. ⭐ Nice-to-have: \* Experience with Design Systems and tools such as Figma Dev Mode; \* Experience developing mobile/web apps (iOS/Android); \* Knowledge of UX Writing and metrics (A/B testing); \* Intermediate English for references and tools; \* Proficiency in the Adobe Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator). \>\>\> What we expect: \* User-centered thinking and data-driven decision making; \* Ability to present and iterate designs based on feedback; \* Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
