We are looking for a UX/UI Designer passionate about e\-commerce, with a refined aesthetic sensibility and a results-driven, user-centered mindset. You will play a vital role in the continuous evolution of our platform, ensuring the shopping journey is as seamless and efficient as possible. Your Primary Responsibility: You will be the focal point for improving and optimizing user experience and interface, applying UX/UI principles to boost our clients' performance. Responsibilities and Duties \- Planning and Prototyping: Plan, conceptualize, and design navigation flows and high-fidelity prototypes for validation and presentation; \- Delivery and Organization: Deliver complete layouts and their respective assets in an organized and structured manner, ensuring easy understanding and maintainability by other designers and the development team; \- Strategic Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the Strategy team to deliver innovative interface and experience solutions, focused on optimizing Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and user satisfaction. Requirements Aesthetic Refinement: Possess a keen, refined aesthetic sense demonstrated through attention to detail and usability; Tool Proficiency: Solid, proficient experience using Figma (primarily), Photoshop, and Illustrator; E\-commerce and Technical Expertise: Proven experience designing layouts and user journeys for e\-commerce, with deep knowledge of UI (User Interface) and UX (User Experience); Important: This experience must be demonstrated via portfolio; Comprehensive Responsive Design: Experience across the entire responsive interface design cycle — from initial idea sketching (sketching) and creation of style guides and moodboards, to wireframing and final layout. Desirable Agile Team Experience: Experience working in squads or agile methodologies; Continued Education: Specialized courses or advanced training in User Interface (UI) and/or User Experience (UX).
