Job Summary: Hakam is seeking a Senior Designer to create artwork for social media, offline materials, interpret briefs, and work on multiple projects. Key Highlights: 1. Simultaneous work on multiple projects Hakam is a creative agency focused on data-driven digital communication, serving clients across diverse industries in a dynamic and collaborative workflow. About the position: We are looking for a Senior Designer to develop social media artwork with greater autonomy in interpreting briefs and technical responsibility for deliverables. Key responsibilities: • Creation of posts, carousels, digital key visuals, and campaign extensions. • Development of offline materials (printed pieces and physical extensions). • Strategic interpretation of briefs. • Simultaneous work on multiple projects and across different industries. • Ensuring visual consistency and high finishing standards. Requirements: Prior agency experience (minimum 2 years). Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign). Experience with offline materials. Strong understanding of composition and visual language for social media. Excellent textual interpretation applied to design. Ability to manage multiple tasks with organization and accountability. Consistent, strategic, and on-time deliverables. An updated portfolio featuring both digital and offline projects (mandatory). Desirable: Knowledge of motion design (After Effects or similar tools). Additional Information: 100% in-person work in the Jardins neighborhood, São Paulo.
