About the Role: You will be responsible for creating and optimizing all marketing pages and creatives for EB Higher Education Institute, supporting launch campaigns and perpetual funnels. We seek someone with a designer’s eye and a performance mindset — capable of transforming ideas into high-converting pages and creatives. Key Responsibilities and Areas of Focus: • Maintain and evolve the brand’s visual identity; • Ensure consistency across all communications; • Create graphic assets aligned with institutional positioning; • Develop creatives for product launches and digital campaigns; • Design ads (Meta Ads, Google Ads), emails, banners, and landing pages; • Optimize creatives based on CTR, CPA, and conversion metrics; • Produce e-books, presentations, infographics, and supporting materials; • Transform technical content into attractive, professional visuals; • Create and maintain lead capture pages, sales pages, VSLs, and thank-you pages (WordPress + Elementor); • Integrate landing pages with RD Station and marketing automation tools; • Ensure page responsiveness, usability, and speed; • Research design trends and propose new creative and page concepts; • Use generative AI tools (Firefly, Midjourney, ChatGPT) for variations and optimizations; • Participate in brainstorming sessions focused on performance and scalability.
