Our workplace is **collaborative, creative, and full of energy**, ideal for those who thrive on challenges and innovation. **What You’ll Do:** Create and evolve visual identities, interfaces, and graphic assets for campaigns, products, and digital platforms; Ensure visual consistency across all brand touchpoints; Lead projects from conception through delivery, mastering all stages of the creative process; Conduct visual research and benchmarking to support design decisions; Actively participate in reviews and presentations for stakeholders; Support junior designers and contribute to the team’s design culture. **We’d Love It If You Have:** Solid experience in graphic, digital, or product design; An up-to-date portfolio demonstrating technical proficiency and conceptual vision; Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud tools (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and/or Figma; Strong knowledge of typography, composition, color theory, and grid systems; Experience working with brand guidelines and design systems; Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate and defend ideas with sound reasoning. **Nice-to-Have:** Prior experience with brands targeting Audience A or the luxury market; Experience in motion design, 3D, or illustration; Knowledge of UX/UI and design systems; Basic front-end understanding (HTML/CSS/JS); Previous experience in startups or agile environments; Intermediate or advanced English proficiency. **What Are My Working Hours?** This is a fully **remote** position with **flexible hours**—what truly matters here are **results and the quality of deliverables**, not clocking in.
