Collaboration with marketing, content, and technology teams **About W51** We are a GPTW-certified agency that connects brands and people through effective digital strategies, combining performance, creativity, and technology to transform businesses. **About the Role** We are looking for a **Graphic Designer \- Motion** to join our creative team! You will be responsible for developing **digital materials** that support the communication and marketing strategies of our clients and agency, ensuring visual consistency, innovation, and impact in every deliverable. **Your Responsibilities** * Create **social media assets** (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, Twitter, etc.); * Produce **assets for paid media campaigns** (Google Ads, Meta Business, LinkedIn Ads, etc.); * Develop **rich media** such as e\-books, infographics, catalogs, and white papers. * Create **animated content** and motion graphics for social media, campaigns, and presentations. * Ensure all materials align with the brand’s **visual identity**. * Collaborate with **marketing, content, and technology teams** to execute creative projects. **What We Value** * Advanced proficiency in **Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma**. * Proficiency in **motion design** production (After Effects, Premiere, or equivalent tools). * Knowledge of **digital design, UX/UI, and best layout practices**. * Organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines. * A creative, collaborative, and market-trend-aware profile. **What We Offer:** * Contract type: PJ; * Work format: Hybrid \- 3 days per week onsite, located near Avenida Paulista; * Reimbursement for commuting costs on onsite days; * Year-end bonus; * Birthday day off; * Access to Udemy courses.
