Here, design is not decoration—it is central to strategy. As a **Senior Product Designer**, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end design solutions, collaborating directly with Product, Engineering, and Business to create simple, efficient, and viable user experiences. You’ll have space to propose, test, fail, learn, and evolve alongside both the product and the company. **Qualifications** **Qualifications** * Design * Figma * UX/UI * Product Design * Agile methodologies **Responsibilities:** * Engage in the **Design Spiral**: discovery, definition, ideation, prototyping, validation, and metrics * Translate business problems and user needs into **user-centered solutions** * Plan and conduct **qualitative and quantitative research** (e.g., interviews, usability tests, benchmarks) * Create **user flows, prototypes, and final interfaces** * Work closely with the development team to ensure implementation quality * Document design decisions to avoid accumulating usability debt * Actively participate in product rituals (e.g., PI planning, weekly syncs, usability tests) **Additional Information** Serasa Experian is much more than you imagine.
