Requirements: **Required qualifications:** * Solid production experience with Flutter and Dart. * App publishing and maintenance on app stores (Google Play / App Store). * State management knowledge (Provider, Bloc, Riverpod, or similar). * Integration with REST APIs and JSON usage. * Git and collaborative version control practices. * Experience working in agile teams (Scrum or Kanban). * Hands-on mindset, autonomy, and strong communication skills. **Nice-to-have qualifications:** * Experience with fintech products or financial solutions. * Knowledge of automated testing (unit, widget, integration). * Basic understanding of mobile UX/UI. * Experience with CI/CD for Flutter apps. * Prior work in startups or high-growth environments.
