This means there is ample room for those who want to join our super team! **Together, we dream & achieve even more!** **Responsibilities and Duties** **What Will Your Role Be at CVLB GROUP?** * Define, structure, and evolve the company’s digital channel Design System, ensuring visual consistency, scalability, and efficiency in interface development; * Establish UI standards for components, typography, grids, spacing, imagery, navigation, and other elements of the digital experience; * Strategically contribute to enhancing digital channel experiences by identifying improvement opportunities in navigation, usability, and conversion; * Analyze user behavior using journey data, heatmaps, usability testing, and performance metrics—transforming insights into practical product improvements; * Collaborate closely with Product and Technology teams to define and refine workflows, prioritize enhancements, and build user-centered solutions; * Leverage AI tools to support design creation, prototyping, and process efficiency—while ensuring adherence to the company’s defined visual and experiential standards; * Conduct critical reviews of developed interfaces and materials, proposing continuous adjustments and evolutions to improve user experience; * Support ad-hoc interface and visual communication needs for digital channels, as required. **Requirements and Qualifications** **To Join CVLB GROUP’s Talent Team, You Must Have:** * Bachelor’s degree in Design, Digital Design, UX/UI, Advertising, Technology, or related fields; * Prior experience in UI/UX applied to e-commerce, digital products, or online retail; * Hands-on experience building, evolving, and documenting Design Systems; * Proficiency in prototyping and interface tools—especially Figma; * Experience analyzing user behavior and navigation performance using tools such as Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, or similar; * Strong analytical ability to translate data, consumer behavior, and performance indicators into tangible experience and conversion improvements; * A hands-on profile with autonomy to lead end-to-end UX/UI initiatives; * Critical thinking and attention to visual details—ensuring consistency, usability, and quality across interfaces; * Interest in digital product trends, consumer behavior, and industry benchmarks; * Excellent communication skills and ease collaborating with Product, Technology, and partner teams. **Additional Information** **Beyond an excellent work environment and development opportunities, we offer:** Medical assistance; Dental assistance; Life insurance; Meal and/or food allowance; Basic food basket; Transportation allowance; Childcare assistance; Annual bonus—based on individual and corporate performance; TotalPass; Birthday leave; Discounts at our stores; Career development plan; Partnerships offering discounts on courses and degree programs. **Please note: Our opportunities are open to everyone!
