The position operates on a hybrid model based in São Paulo. **Responsibilities and Duties** You will develop digital assets, always prioritizing formats that engage audiences, deliver strong performance, and strengthen brand identity. You’ll collaborate closely with copywriters and community managers to align creative solutions with client briefs. **What You’ll Do Here:** * Create social media assets (posts, stories, reels, etc.), developing visually creative assets for campaigns aligned with our clients’ brand identity and culture; * Produce and edit short videos—for example, testimonial videos and motion design; * Design online banners (branded content); * Contribute to the layout of creative presentations; * Develop newsletters and marketing emails using dedicated platforms (Mailchimp / RD Station), with basic understanding of simple HTML coding; * Collaborate with the public relations team to transform ideas into relevant campaigns; * Monitor trends and propose innovative formats to elevate creative standards.
