




Job Summary: Commercial Manager responsible for developing and implementing commercial strategies, managing sales operations, and optimizing results, ensuring customer satisfaction and business growth. Sales KPI management and supplier negotiation **What we expect from you:** * Bachelor's degree in: Business Administration, Business Management, Commercial Management, Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or related fields. * Master's degree (in progress or completed) in: Commercial Management, Human Resource Management, Marketing, Business Management, or related fields is desirable. * Retail management experience is mandatory. * Preferred experience with B2B, competitor and market research, commercial/customer orientation (customer/negotiation/search for innovations), planning and tracking of objectives, proficiency in sales KPIs (margin, average transaction value, sales volume, conversion rate, inventory turnover, products sold by category, etc). * Preferred knowledge of Information Systems (SAP, Power BI, Qlik Sense, Salesforce, etc). * Availability to work on weekends and holidays. **A day in the life of a Commercial Manager:** * Develop and implement the “Commercial Dynamics” for your department, based on data and aligned with the Product Offering. Evaluate the quality of the implemented product range and adjust the strategy as needed to improve results. * Collaborate with Supply, Customer Relationship, and Management teams to ensure an excellent shopping experience. Monitor commercial operations performance, ensuring appropriate product availability and involving the team across all operations. * Define and track margin objectives for your departments, focusing on categories that most impact results (sales, MSV, expenses). * Negotiate with suppliers, making strategic product selections to keep inventory updated with market trends. * Identify and attract new business opportunities, using local data to better understand the potential market and implement strategic actions to improve results. * Conduct price and service offering research in your region, collaborating with the Services Hub to ensure your store remains competitive. * Manage and optimize PDMs across different businesses (PRO, B2B, E-COMMERCE, SERVICES), suggesting and testing new promotions and strategies to maximize profitability and sales. * Contribute to the Store Steering Committee, helping define policies and strategic priorities and ensuring alignment with overall store objectives. * Participate in the store’s on-call schedule.
