We specialize in digital solutions (web, mobile, BI, RPA, etc.), with offices in São Paulo, Porto Alegre, Belo Horizonte, and the USA. **Opportunity Overview:** * We are looking for a senior backend developer to build and evolve scalable solutions focused on microservices architecture, ensuring performance, security, and maintainability. We seek a proactive individual with architectural vision, collaborative capabilities, and commitment to high-quality delivery. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Develop, maintain, and evolve backend services using NestJS; * Design and apply microservices architecture principles; * Ensure solution performance and scalability; * Collaborate with product, architecture, and QA teams; * Apply software engineering best practices, including automated testing and code reviews; * Monitor integrations with external services, message queues, and data pipelines; * Collaborate on the technical definition of new solutions and improvements. **Required Skills:** * Solid experience with NestJS and Node.js; * Proven experience with microservices architecture; * Strong knowledge of relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL); * Experience with RabbitMQ or other message brokers; * Proficiency in Git, Docker, and automated testing best practices; * Experience with agile methodologies and tools such as Jira. **Preferred Skills:** * Knowledge or experience with PHP (especially legacy systems or integrations) and Python; * Familiarity with frameworks such as Adianti or Mad Builder; * Knowledge of Redis and MongoDB; * Experience with AWS and services such as ECS, SQS, Lambda; * Projects in fintechs, financial institutions, or large-scale automation solutions. **What You’ll Find at GX2:** * Original content hub segmented by knowledge tracks (AI, QA, Agility, UX/UI Design, Product, Software Development); * Monthly talks focused on soft skills development; * Culture of care for people and mental health; * Mental health and well-being platform; * GX2 Follow Up: Monthly individual check-ins focused on well-being and professional development. **A Message from GX2:** This opportunity is open to all interested individuals.
