Job Summary: This role focuses on optimizing development team efficiency, implementing process improvements, managing product backlogs, and fostering agile practices within an AI Revolution Company. Participate in Discovery processes and promote agile methodologies. . **Responsibilities and Duties** * Ensure Development Team efficiency and continuous improvement by mapping and implementing process enhancements; * Collaborate in analyzing and documenting client business needs, proposing solutions that best meet identified requirements; * Maintain and prioritize the Product Backlog, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives; * Support the Development Team in removing impediments, promoting a productive and collaborative environment; * Facilitate team self\-organization by suggesting techniques and guiding agile practices; * Conduct agile ceremonies and rituals according to the adopted framework (Scrum and/or Kanban); * Participate in the Discovery process, supporting solution definition and refinement; * Promote application of Scrum and Kanban best practices, ensuring adherence to the methodology. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or any undergraduate degree accompanied by a postgraduate certificate (specialization, master's, or doctoral degree) in Information Technology with a minimum of 360 hours; * PSM I (Professional Scrum Master I) certification; * Experience with agile methodologies, especially Scrum and Kanban; * Experience working as a Scrum Master; * Experience with product Discovery processes; * Knowledge of backlog management and prioritization; * Experience facilitating agile ceremonies and removing impediments.
