We deliver digital solutions (web, mobile, BI, RPA, etc.) and have offices in São Paulo, Porto Alegre, Belo Horizonte, and the USA. **Opportunity Overview:** * We are looking for a Senior Backend Developer with a focus on Python to join an agritech project. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Build and maintain robust applications using Python and frameworks such as Flask, FastAPI, and Django; * Design and implement efficient, scalable RESTful APIs; * Work with relational PostgreSQL databases to ensure data integrity and performance; * Use version control tools to manage code changes and collaborate effectively with the team; * Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback; * Contribute to continuous integration and delivery by applying DevOps practices to improve the development workflow; * Leverage containers (Docker) for application development and deployment; * Implement unit, integration, and end-to-end testing practices to ensure code and feature quality; * Participate in sprints and daily stand-up meetings, contributing to an agile and collaborative development environment. **Required Skills:** * Experience in Python backend development, especially with the FastAPI framework; * Practical knowledge of design patterns; * Experience with relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL; * Knowledge of RESTful API development and consumption; * Experience with version control tools; * Knowledge of DDD and MVC; * Hands-on experience with unit, integration, and end-to-end testing; * Experience with agile methodologies. **Preferred Skills:** * Knowledge of microservices; * Knowledge of geolocation; * Familiarity with DevOps practices; * Experience with containers (Docker). **What You’ll Find at GX2:** * Original content hub segmented by learning paths (AI, QA, Agility, UX/UI Design, Product, Software Development); * Monthly talks focused on soft skills development; * Culture of care for people and mental health; * Mental health and well-being platform; * GX2 Follow-Up: Individual monthly check-ins focused on well-being and professional growth. **A Message from GX2:** This position is open to all interested candidates.
