**Full job description** As a Web Designer (WordPress + Elementor), your mission will be to create and customize functional, responsive, and conversion-optimized websites and landing pages. You will be responsible for transforming creative briefs into practical visual solutions, ensuring good usability, performance, and alignment with clients’ visual identities. Additionally, you will provide support for adjustments and maintenance of existing websites, always collaborating with the design and marketing teams in a dynamic and innovative environment. **Key Activities and Responsibilities** * Creating websites and landing pages using WordPress + Elementor; * Customizing and personalizing layouts according to brand identity; * Making changes, adjustments, and optimizations to existing websites; * Designing and implementing strategic pop-ups for conversion; * Creating digital campaign creatives (banners, social media assets); * Collaborating with the design and marketing teams to ensure good usability, performance, and user experience (UX/UI); * Performing ongoing maintenance, identifying and resolving technical issues; * Monitoring and fixing bugs, layout errors, and compatibility issues; * Using AI tools to assist with design, campaign optimization, automation, and content generation; **Prerequisites** * Academic degree in Graphic Design, Interface Design, Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Science, or related fields; * Proven experience of 6 months to 1 year in web development, with a portfolio of previous projects; * Proficiency in WordPress and Elementor; * Knowledge of PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; * Familiarity with design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and Canva; * Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices in responsive design; * Ability to interpret creative briefs and translate them into creative and functional solutions; * Familiarity with AI tools applied to design and digital marketing; **Desirable Differentiators** * Experience with performance optimization and technical SEO; * Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for custom adjustments; * Experience creating high-conversion websites (landing pages); * Teamwork skills and strong communication abilities.
