**Description** **Role Mission** Create cohesive, intuitive, and engaging visual experiences, strengthening the **Design System** and ensuring **consistency, scalability, and visual excellence** across digital interfaces. Combine aesthetics and functionality to maximize user efficiency, satisfaction, and perception of quality—aligned with product goals and brand identity. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Design System and Visual Consistency** Develop, maintain, and document tokens, variables, components, and visual patterns within the **Design System**, ensuring scalability and coherence. Create guidelines, checklists, and usage examples to support the product and technology teams in consistently applying standards. Ensure interfaces adhere to best practices in accessibility, responsiveness, and visual identity. **Interface Design (UI)** Design **high-fidelity interfaces and prototypes** (mobile and desktop) aligned with product goals and brand language. Translate functional requirements and UX flows into efficient and intuitive visual solutions. Ensure designs are technically feasible and implementable, maintaining close collaboration with the development team. **Prototyping and Validation** Create **interactive prototypes** to validate hypotheses and workflows with users and stakeholders. Support the UX Designer in conducting usability tests, incorporating visual and structural improvements based on feedback. **Collaboration and Communication** Work closely with UX, Product, and Tech teams to ensure a cohesive, fluid, and consistent user journey. Participate in workshops, design reviews, and product rituals, contributing aesthetic and technical insights. Share design best practices and evangelize the use of the Design System across squads. **Requirements and Qualifications** Experience in **UI Design** and participation in projects with an active **Design System**. Proficiency in **Figma** (components, variants, auto layout, prototyping). Knowledge of **responsive design, accessibility, and visual hierarchy**. Experience in **prototyping and usability testing**. Ability to collaborate closely with UX, Product, and Development teams. Portfolio demonstrating **scalable and consistent interface projects**. **Preferred Qualifications** Basic understanding of **HTML, CSS, and React**, facilitating technical communication during handoff. Familiarity with design metrics and component usage monitoring. Experience in fintechs or digital products.
