UX/UI Designer Position Description: We are looking for a UX/UI Designer to join our team and work on building user journeys, flows, and experiences, transforming business needs into clear, functional, and engaging visual solutions. Responsibilities: * Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-quality designs for user interfaces * Conduct user research to understand user needs and behaviors * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistency in user experience across all touchpoints * Test and continuously iterate designs based on user feedback * Stay up-to-date with trends and best practices in user experience design * Map user journeys and flows; Requirements: * Proven experience as a User Experience (UX) Designer in digital projects * Solid knowledge of interaction design, usability, and accessibility * Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, etc. * Ability to work collaboratively with different departments within the company * Excellent communication skills and ability to present and defend design ideas * Ability to create navigable prototypes and document interaction flows; * Strong communication skills and user-centered mindset. * Knowledge of web development (HTML, CSS, JS) to facilitate communication with the IT team; * Experience with WordPress, to support minor adjustments and improvements alongside marketing; * Understanding of design systems and digital accessibility.
