Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior UX Designer to lead the design of a strategic platform for managing leads and policyholders for an insurance brokerage—impacting processes from customer engagement to operational execution. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams We are looking for a Senior UX Designer passionate about solving complex challenges and creating intuitive experiences. You will work on a strategic project for an insurance brokerage, leading the design of a robust platform for managing leads, policyholders, and operational dashboards. This is a unique opportunity to influence processes—from the customer’s first contact through daily broker operations and partner interactions. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Map and optimize the customer journey from lead receipt through ongoing operations * Prototype and validate interfaces for the leads and policyholder management platform * Document and validate complex user flows within the broker’s operational environment * Design intuitive, data-centric management dashboards for internal teams and partners * Conduct user research to validate solutions and identify improvement opportunities * Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure faithful implementation of designs **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory:** * Minimum 5 years of experience in UX/UI Design * Proficiency in Figma and other high-fidelity prototyping and design tools * Proven experience with user journey mapping * Strong expertise in dashboard design and data visualization * Ability to operate effectively in complex B2B environments with multiple stakeholders * Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) * Excellent communication skills in Portuguese * A strong portfolio demonstrating complex use cases and design systems **Desirable:** * Experience in insurance or fintech projects * Knowledge of UX research methodologies (usability testing, interviews, etc.) * Familiarity with tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or equivalents * Experience with interactive prototyping tools (Axure, Framer, etc.) * Basic understanding of frontend development (HTML/CSS) * Experience leading or mentoring design teams **Here, we are \#SangueLaranja!** We have been in the market for 17 years, partnering closely with our clients to deliver transformative experiences.
