We are dedicated to building an increasingly diverse culture and value inclusion for all individuals, regardless of race, ethnicity, religion, age, gender identity, sexual orientation, or disability, fostering an inclusive environment with equitable opportunities. **Responsibilities and Duties** Ensure asset security and the physical integrity of customers and employees through tactical planning; guarantee order and discipline within the metro system by enforcing the Traffic Regulation (RTTS) and applicable legislation; supervise the activities of intelligence agents to conduct surveillance on trains, platforms, mezzanines, and station access points throughout Commercial Operations and during special events (concerts, sports matches, demonstrations, etc.); support the development of Intelligence teams by acting as a facilitator for people management initiatives led by the People & Management Department, thereby overseeing employee performance in the area and maintaining a harmonious and productive work environment; develop strategies and tactics for protecting authorities and visitors, accompanying them during visits to internal and external company premises; engage with external pressure groups, identifying and negotiating with their leaders to safeguard the safety and comfort of customers, employees, and company assets, eliminating or minimizing identified potential impacts; advise Metro Security Supervisors and the Operational Control Post – Security (PCOS) on operational and tactical matters, ensuring implementation and operational effectiveness of established strategies; map risks, threats, and critical points across the metro system and its surrounding areas, review internally produced documents, implement preventive and corrective actions and measures, and communicate findings to those responsible for developing control or mitigation strategies; supervise the intelligence agent team in collecting and searching for data to generate actionable intelligence, supporting various company departments such as Legal, Regulatory, and other management areas; investigate criminal incidents occurring within the metro system and submit findings to law enforcement authorities; investigate criminal incidents occurring within the metro system and submit findings to law enforcement authorities; ensure availability of the CCTV and telephone recording systems, intervening with maintenance teams when necessary to meet agreed service levels; ensure confidentiality of all CCTV recordings and intelligence generated from the metro system, through monitoring compliance with internal regulations and oversight, in coordination with intelligence agent teams; engage with communities along the metro system, Public Security Agencies, and peer Intelligence Agencies to ensure asset security and the physical integrity of customers and employees, participating in specific meetings addressing topics that may impact the metro system; manage third-party operations within the security process, conducting onboarding and operational supervision, integrating them into internal teams to increase coverage and enable rapid response to incidents across the metro system; **Requirements and Qualifications** Education Specialization Mandatory Knowledge and Certifications Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Private Security Management, Basic Intelligence, and CCTV.
