Conducts code inspections, technical knowledge sharing, and story prioritization. **Requirements and Qualifications** We seek a Technical Leader to serve as a reference within Squads, guiding decisions, development, and best practices for software projects in agile, highly complex environments. **Responsibilities** * Serve as the Squad’s technical reference, supporting technical decisions and strategic direction * Lead teams technically in an agile environment, ensuring organization, productivity, and delivery quality * Ensure adherence to best practices in development, security, performance, and scalability * Support resolution of complex technical issues and removal of impediments * Conduct code reviews and define development standards * Work across multiple concurrent projects, ensuring technical alignment among different initiatives * Support team technical development through mentoring and knowledge dissemination * Collaborate with Architecture, Project Management, Scrum Master, and other stakeholders * Support technical stabilization and restructuring of teams **Requirements** * Completed undergraduate degree (and/or lato sensu postgraduate degree and/or stricto sensu postgraduate degree) in Information Technology. * Backend development experience (Java, C#, Python, PHP or Mobile – Ionic, Android, iOS) * Frontend technology knowledge (Angular, Vue.js, React Native, Flutter, HTML5) * Experience leading large, distributed, or multidisciplinary teams * Experience working in environments with multiple simultaneous projects and high demand * Experience in technical recovery of teams and improving delivery quality **Technical Knowledge** * Software architecture (microservices, REST APIs, messaging) * Design Patterns and SOLID principles * System integration and distributed architecture * Code versioning (Git) * DevOps practices and CI/CD * Containers (Docker or similar) * Automated testing (unit, integration, regression) * Application security (OWASP) * Performance, scalability, and observability * Relational and non-relational databases * Technical governance and standard definition **Competencies** * Technical leadership focused on mentoring and people development * Ability to make decisions based on technical analysis * Technical debt management * Azure DevOps experience * Clear communication with technical teams and business areas * Resolution of technical conflicts and team restructuring * Systemic vision and accountability for outcomes * Ability to operate effectively in critical environments and under pressure * Collaborative profile with technical influence and leadership by example * Orientation toward continuous improvement **Additional Information** In continuous evolution, we foster a collaborative, respectful, and accessible environment. **We invest in talent development** and implement practices that optimize and connect diverse technological and innovative aspects.
