Active participation in cost reduction and module reuse We seek a technically skilled professional to lead our development team. **Required Skills:** * HTML 5 * CSS (using UIkit and Ant Design frameworks) * JavaScript * JQuery * Webpack * SASS * React JS * React Native * PHP (using Zend 1 and Laravel frameworks) * Databases (MySQL and SQL Server) * GitLab for version control * Integration with RESTful APIs * Activation and configuration of cloud servers (AWS, Digital Ocean, etc.) * Expo / Expo Go **Your Responsibilities:** * Be available to the entire team for questions and issues; * Monitor task execution; * Guide the team in task execution (with emphasis on time optimization); * Proactively solve problems together with the team; * Monitor and ensure adherence to defined task deadlines; * Perform functional testing on tasks delivered by the team (prior to GP testing); * Review source code delivered by the team to ensure 100% quality; * Participate in technical meetings with clients (when necessary); * Attend daily status meetings with the team; * Attend biweekly status meetings with management; * Attend monthly meetings with GP; * Provide technical support for emergency requests regardless of time; * Organize all our projects to use a unified base of our CMS; * Properly address security and productivity issues; * Reduce development costs and actively promote module reuse across our projects; * Stay updated on emerging technologies.
