We are looking for a **Marketing Supervisor** responsible for leading the messaging area operations, ensuring the planning, execution, and monitoring of communication campaigns via **email, SMS, and WhatsApp**, using **Salesforce Marketing Cloud**. The professional will act strategically and operationally, ensuring performance, compliance, and effectiveness of communications across different channels. **Responsibilities and duties** * Supervise and guide the team responsible for planning and sending messages via **WhatsApp, email, and SMS**; * Act as a technical and strategic reference in **WhatsApp communication campaigns**, applying best practices for the channel; * Plan, coordinate, and execute campaigns using **Salesforce Marketing Cloud** (emphasis on Mobile Studio and WhatsApp Business API); * Define and monitor segmentations, personalizations, and automated flows within **journeys focused on WhatsApp**; * Manage and optimize message deliveries, overseeing frequency, timing, content, and user experience; * Ensure **compliance with LGPD** and privacy policies in all communications; * Monitor **WhatsApp KPIs** (reads, replies, blocks, opt-outs, response time) and drive continuous improvements; * Integrate strategies across **WhatsApp, email, and SMS** to enable omnichannel communication; * Create and maintain detailed **performance reports** for the channels; * Collaborate with **data, technology, and customer service teams** to ensure performance and scalability. **Requirements and qualifications** **Education:** * Bachelor's degree in **Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Technology**, or related fields. **Experience:** * Experience in **managing and executing campaigns via WhatsApp Business** (preferably integrated with Salesforce); * Solid experience with **Salesforce Marketing Cloud** (Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Journey Builder); * Experience in **multichannel campaigns** (WhatsApp, email, and SMS); * Experience in **team management** and internal stakeholder collaboration. **Technical skills:** * **WhatsApp Business API** and integrated messaging solutions; * **Salesforce Marketing Cloud** (Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder); * Knowledge of **HTML/CSS for emails** (desirable); * Understanding of **API integrations** and handling segmented databases; * **Analytics and monitoring tools** (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) – desirable. ### **Behavioral skills** * **Analytical and results-oriented profile**; * **Proactiveness** and focus on continuous improvement; * Strong **communication and team leadership**; * **Data-driven decision making**. ### **Differentiators** * Certification in **Salesforce Marketing Cloud**; * Advanced knowledge of **automation tools and CRMs integrated with WhatsApp**; * Experience with large-scale **engagement, recovery, and relationship-building campaigns via WhatsApp**. **Additional information** As a PJ employee, you will receive 30 days of vacation after 30 days worked, plus the following benefits: * **TotalPass** * **Starbem** Here at **Febracis**, we believe in the power of connections that transform.
