For the **Sales Associate** position at Decathlon, we operate in the following categories: Camping, Hiking, and Winter Sports **Responsibilities and Duties** **What are the main responsibilities?** * Serve sports-minded customers effectively to achieve optimal sales, understand purchase needs, and foster loyalty; * Ensure attractive product display, restocking, replenishment, organization, and performance; * Support store fitting room operations, organizing and assisting customers as needed; * Operate cash registers. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What do you need?** * Completed high school education * Availability to work on weekends and holidays on a rotating schedule * Passion for sports * Retail experience is considered a plus **What do we expect from our team members?** * Believe in the joys and benefits of sports * Be action- and challenge-oriented * Passionate about customer satisfaction * Value collective play and teamwork * Be proactive and entrepreneurial-minded * Work responsibly and autonomously **Additional Information** **Our Benefits** * DecaPack: Monthly salary, transportation allowance, meal or food voucher, medical and dental insurance, Dra.
