We are looking for a **ServiceNow Low\-Code Developer** to lead the design and implementation of complex solutions on the platform, translating business requirements into robust, secure, and scalable applications. This professional will play a strategic role in **defining development standards, solution architecture, and integrations with external services, cloud environments, and intelligent automations**. **What you’ll do daily:** * Define **solution architecture and governance**, ensuring security, performance, and interoperability across multi\-domain environments. * Design and evolve the **Service Portal**, developing reusable widgets, themes, and responsive interfaces aligned with the Design System. * Orchestrate workflows using **Flow Designer**, including custom actions, Decision Tables, Subflows, and integrations via **IntegrationHub (REST/SOAP and messaging)**. * Develop advanced components using **Glide API, Scripted REST APIs, Script Includes, and complex Business Rules**. * Implement and enhance **CI/CD and DevOps practices** within the ServiceNow ecosystem. * Integrate the platform with **cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP)** and external services. * Promote **observability, automation, and continuous improvement** across catalog flows and services. * Mentor developers, conduct **code reviews**, and elevate the team’s technical maturity. * Collaborate with **cross-functional teams** to ensure scalable, secure, and business-aligned deliveries. **Requirements** -------------- * Bachelor’s degree **completed or in progress** in Technology or related fields. * Solid experience with the **ServiceNow platform**, including architecture, data modeling, scopes, and extensions. * Experience with **Low\-Code platform components**, such as Flow Designer, App Engine Studio, Service Catalog, and Service Portal. * Proficiency in **Glide API, IntegrationHub, Scripted REST APIs, and Script Includes**. * Experience with **JavaScript (client\-side and server\-side)** within the ServiceNow ecosystem. * Experience with **microservice and external API integrations**. * Hands-on experience with **DevOps, CI/CD, security, and observability**. * Experience with **cloud environment integrations**. **Preferred Qualifications:** * **ServiceNow CSA, CAD, CTA, or CMA certifications**. * Experience with **technical leadership or team mentoring**. * Experience with **automation and AI/GenAI capabilities on the platform**. **Benefits:** Medical Assistance \- 100% company-subsidized (for employee and dependents) Dental Assistance Meal or Food Allowance (no payroll deduction) Life Insurance Private Pension Plan Gympass Company stock purchase option with discount Pharmacy Discount Childcare Assistance Language school partnership Extended Maternity and Paternity Leave Profit Sharing Program (PPR) * As per current policy **Location:** Brazil **A team driving change** We embrace the power of change to create shared value and success for our clients, employees, shareholders, partners, and communities.
