Interested in a career that yields more? **Check out this opportunity and \#JoinPagBank!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop, implement, and monitor quality control policies and procedures. * Identify, analyze, and implement solutions for quality-related issues. * Collect and analyze data to evaluate product and company performance against established quality standards. * Conduct internal and external quality audits to ensure processes and products comply with applicable standards and regulations. * Participate in continuous improvement projects and collaborate with other teams to implement corrective actions. * Deliver quality control training to other professionals. * Supervise and guide other quality analysts in carrying out their tasks. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields. * Knowledge of quality control tools and techniques. * Experience in data analysis and problem-solving. * Experience developing automated tests to ensure software and/or system quality. * Familiarity with automated testing frameworks such as Selenium, Pyramid, JUnit\\Jupiter, Mockito, and Spring Boot Test. * Experience in test design and creating efficient and effective test cases. * Knowledge of agile methodologies and DevOps practices. * Experience with continuous integration and test automation tools, such as Jenkins. **Additional Information** **To stand out in this role, it would be great if you also had:** * Programming language knowledge for automation—e.g., Kotlin, Node.js, or another language.
