In your role as a **Senior ServiceNow Consultant \- CSM/FSM**, you will: * Lead the technical implementation of CSM/FSM. * Optimize portal performance and complex search functionalities. * Serve as the final escalation point for CSM/FSM technical implementation issues. * Conduct reviews of team configurations and implementations. * Mentor Junior and Mid-level Technical Consultants on CSM/FSM technical challenges. **Required Qualifications:** * Hands-on experience in development and customization on the ServiceNow platform, preferably in modules CSM, FSM, AI Agents, and AppEngine; * Experience with SOM (Preferred) * Configuration of cases, customer service channels, and customer service workflows; * Development of Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, Script Includes, and Flow Designer; * Integration of ServiceNow with external systems via REST/SOAP, MID Server, Web Services, APIs, RPA, authentication, integration patterns (webhooks, polling, ETL); * Configuration of notifications, SLA, Assignment Rules, and service process automations; * Development and maintenance of portals and dashboards for customers and agents; * Knowledge of ITIL best practices applied to customer service; * Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions on the platform; * Strong proficiency in JavaScript (server\-side and client\-side); * Desired: ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS\-CSM, CIS\-FSM, CAD) * Data Migration: ETL tools, legacy system knowledge; * Governance and Security: Access control, compliance, technical documentation; * Agile methodologies: Scrum/Kanban, backlog management; * Desired: ServiceNow AppEngine \- Workflow, automations, low\-code/no\-code development, scripts (JavaScript)
