FCamara is looking for a Senior Kotlin Developer to partner with Brazil's top digital bank, recognized by public vote in the 4th edition of the CanalTech Awards. This company offers a comprehensive digital banking platform featuring products such as a free account, personalized credit card, and fixed- and variable-income investments. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Take ownership of the developed product across its entire lifecycle (from feature conception through maintenance); * Deliver services associated with the product; * Resolve technical issues (bugs/incidents/analyses); * Adhere to client-defined policies and processes; * Write unit, functional, and performance tests following team guidelines; * Resolve production issues impacting customers; * Instrument applications to extract performance metrics, operational logs, and telemetry data. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Hard Skills:** * Kotlin programming language; * Spring framework; * Software development best practices — TDD, DDD, and Clean Code; * Agile practices/frameworks: SCRUM and KANBAN; * AWS virtual server instantiation (SQS, S3\); * MongoDB, Postgres, and Redis databases; * Unit testing implementation; * GIT Flow version control. * Event-driven architecture **Soft Skills:** * Clear and concise communication skills; * Team-oriented mindset and conflict-resolution capability; * Ability to work effectively in agile, multidisciplinary teams; * Creativity and proactivity in envisioning diverse application usage scenarios. **Nice-to-have:** * Experience with Docker containerization platform; * Experience with JavaScript; * Experience with Apigee platform **Here at FCamara, we are \#OrangeBlood!** We have been operating in the market for 17 years, standing side-by-side with our clients to deliver transformative experiences.
