Continuous improvement of architecture and processes **We are looking for someone who dares to co-lead with us.** **Responsibilities and Duties:** • Actively participate in the software development lifecycle—from conception through implementation—ensuring solutions are robust, scalable, and efficient. • Demonstrate proactivity, leadership, and autonomy to foster greater team independence; • Maintain open and transparent communication with the team; • Attend meetings, events, and fulfill requests as needed; • Identify and implement continuous improvements to the team’s architecture and processes; • Review code written by other developers, providing constructive feedback to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices; • Document processes using text or diagrams. **Requirements and Qualifications:** • Experience developing with Java and Spring Boot (Java 8+); • Experience developing with Node.js and Express or NestJS (JavaScript and/or TypeScript); • Experience developing with ReactJS (TypeScript); • Experience writing unit tests and contract tests; • Experience with Oracle database; • Experience with MongoDB; • Experience with messaging systems such as RabbitMQ; • Write clean, maintainable code following principles like SOLID and Clean Code; • Knowledge of microservices and microfrontends architecture; • Familiarity with Sonar and static code analysis tools in general; • Source code versioning using Git. • Prior experience in the financial sector; • Process and/or test automation; • Prior knowledge of AWS; • Prior knowledge of Docker; • Prior knowledge of automated CI/CD pipelines; • Prior knowledge of agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban. **Desirable:** **Additional Information:** * For your health, we offer **medical and dental assistance**, with no co-payment for exams or consultations. * Want more well-being?
