If you’re driven by challenges, enjoy working closely with customers, and want to build a career within an innovation ecosystem, join us! *‍All our positions are open to people with disabilities!* *How about joining our team and embarking on this journey with us?* **RESPONSIBILITIES AND ATTRIBUTES** * Create layouts and visual experiences for Inbound campaign Landing Pages and institutional initiatives, prioritizing usability and conversion; * Develop wireframes and prototypes in Figma, adhering to Sankhya’s visual identity; * Optimize pages and creatives based on data, A/B testing, and heatmaps, in collaboration with Media and Strategy teams; * Create performance-oriented digital media creatives, such as banners, carousels, social ads, and short videos; * Develop animated assets, motion design, and micro-interactions to increase engagement; * Create creative variations with AI support, testing styles and formats; * Support the visual organization of the corporate website and management of the responsible partner. **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS** * Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop; * Knowledge of UI Design: visual hierarchy, typography, grids, and layout best practices; * Experience creating Landing Pages focused on conversion and CRO best practices; * Proficiency in page development, with solid knowledge of WordPress and similar platforms; * Experience with motion design and animation in After Effects or equivalent tools; * Experience creating digital media assets (formats, guidelines, file sizes, and best practices for Meta, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others); * Familiarity with AI tools applied to design (image generation, variations, and concept optimization); * Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS to communicate effectively with developers and understand technical limitations. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** * Clear communication and cross-functional collaboration; * Applied creativity and results-oriented thinking; * Organizational skills to manage multiple demands; * Adaptability, attention to detail, and curiosity about innovation. ### **LOCATION** Uberlândia/MG – On-site * ️ Employment type: CLT ### **BENEFITS** iFood Food/Meal Voucher Health insurance Extended Maternity and Paternity Leave Childcare Assistance And more!
