Responsible for developing, evolving, and sustaining applied artificial intelligence solutions, automations, and corporate integrations, with a focus on AI agents, RAG, LLMs, APIs, data processing, and process orchestration. Works on building scalable solutions to support business areas, reduce manual activities, accelerate decision-making, and transform prototypes into productive applications with quality, security, and governance. **Responsibilities and attributes** * Develop applied AI solutions and integrations with internal and external systems. * Build and maintain AI agents, RAG flows, tools for querying internal databases, and process-oriented automations. * Implement pipelines for ingestion, processing, enrichment, and querying of structured and unstructured data. * Develop APIs, backend services, and reusable components to support intelligent assistants, automations, and corporate integrations. * Integrate AI solutions with databases, CRMs, ERPs, automation tools, external services, and the company's internal platforms. * Apply best practices for security, traceability, access control, versioning, testing, and observability in developed solutions. * Technically evaluate business demands, propose viable approaches, and transform operational needs into deliverable technical solutions. * Support the evolution of the area's AI platform architecture, considering scalability, governance, maintenance, and operational cost. * Create proofs of concept, validate technical hypotheses, and lead the transition from prototypes to productive solutions. * Document solutions, technical decisions, integrations, APIs, data flows, and operational criteria. * Monitor executions, errors, token consumption, performance, and the quality of AI agent responses. * Work jointly with business areas, security, infrastructure, architecture, and other technical teams to ensure technical and operational adherence of deliveries. **Requirements and qualifications** * Advanced proficiency in at least one modern programming language (such as Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Go, Java, or similar). * Backend development with REST APIs. * Experience with modern backend frameworks (such as FastAPI, Express, NestJS, Spring Boot, or equivalents). * SQL and data modeling. * PostgreSQL. * Integration with LLMs and AI APIs. * RAG, embeddings, vector search, and vector databases, preferably pgvector. * Building AI agents, tools, memory, instructions, workflows, and orchestration. * Git, versioning, code review, and development best practices. * Docker and execution of containerized applications. * Automated tests, logs, error handling, and technical documentation. * Integration between corporate systems via APIs, webhooks, queues, or scheduled routines. * Knowledge of application security, authentication, authorization, and sensitive data handling. * Completed higher education in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
