




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to create visual assets for social media and campaigns, working within established visual identities and proposing creative solutions. Proposal of visual solutions and critical review of creative briefs. **Responsibilities** * Create social media assets, campaign materials, and paid media content with attention to performance and format suitability—not just aesthetics. * Work within clients’ established visual identities, maintaining consistency and quality standards even under tight deadlines. * Propose visual solutions, question the creative brief when necessary, and defend your perspective using references and reasoning—not just your portfolio. **Requirements** * Proven proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Figma, and CapCut. * Basic understanding of UX/UI for clearer and more functional digital layouts. * Basic knowledge of motion design and simple animations for digital content. * Familiarity with AI tools applied to visual creation. * Knowledge of formats and best practices for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Meta Ads, and Google Ads. **Behavioral Skills** * Attention to information hierarchy, readability, and graphic consistency. * Organization and autonomy to manage multiple concurrent tasks and deadlines. * Visual critical thinking: suggest changes when something appears incorrect—even if no one has requested a review. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with key visuals and campaign extensions. * Knowledge of responsive design and landing pages. * Experience managing multiple B2B clients in an agency environment.
