Therefore, self-motivation, an innovative mindset, initiative, and empathy are fundamental qualities. ##### **Requirements** * Structure, clean, and organize databases. * Develop dashboards and reports using data visualization tools. * Write efficient SQL queries for analysis and information extraction. * Support business areas in defining KPIs and performance indicators. * Conduct exploratory analyses and identify patterns, trends, and opportunities. * Automate data collection, transformation, and delivery processes. * Collaborate with engineering and product teams to improve data governance and data architecture. **Responsibilities** * Prior experience as a Data Analyst. * Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server). * Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Metabase, etc.). * Knowledge of data analysis programming languages (Python, R, or similar). * Solid understanding of applied statistics and business metrics. * Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights. **Differentiators** * Experience in predictive modeling and machine learning. * Knowledge of Big Data technologies (Spark, Hadoop) or cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure). * Experience with ETL/ELT and tools such as Airflow, dbt, or similar.
