Would you like to join us in the **Universe of Knowledge?** To learn more about **Vitru** and its brands Unicesumar and Uniasselvi, visit our website: https://www.vitru.com.br/. **Work Mode:** Remote **Working Hours:** 44 hours per week (8:00 AM to 6:00 PM\) **Responsibilities:** * Participate in alignment meetings with multidisciplinary teams, contributing design, usability, and user experience perspectives; * Update activity progress and project status in Monday, ensuring traceability and team alignment; * Apply UX methods and tools—such as wireframes, prototypes, and navigation flows—to structure and communicate design solutions; * Create digital interfaces and layouts using Adobe XD or Figma, ensuring adherence to visual standards and brand identity; * Perform adjustments, enhancements, and improvements to existing interfaces, optimizing usability, visual consistency, and user experience; * Prepare and hand over finalized projects to the development team, ensuring clarity in specifications, handoff, and visual documentation; * Contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes by proposing best practices, standardizations, and optimizations; * Guide and support designers early in their roles, promoting integration, dissemination of area standards and methodologies; * Develop, maintain, and evolve the EdTech’s good practices manual and Design System, ensuring coherence, scalability, and visual quality across products. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Advertising and Public Relations, or related fields; * Advanced proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma and Adobe XD; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Strategic vision for educational products.
